About Me
Melinda, a Southern California native, is an ambitious and versatile SAG-AFTRA member whose life passion for performing first took center stage early in life. Motivated to achieve her dream, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.A. in Theater Arts from Biola University and completed the prestigious Los Angeles Film Studies Center Program with a focus on film acting. Melinda's professionally trained skill set includes acting for the stage as well as on-camera, improvisation, voice/musical theatre, dance, movement and mask seminar, mime and modeling. She has also trained in Voiceover for animation, commercials, industrials and more from the LA Voiceover Academy. She has earned several regular background features on Television shows including Grey's Anatomy, I'm Dying Up Here, SuperGirl, How To Get Away With Murder, and Blackish in addition to being featured in the Oscar nominated film LadyBird (among others). With a knack for comedic timing and an ability to connect with her audience, Melinda most enjoys making people laugh and sharing moving redemptive stories.
